Oil change went well

Jennifer Elizondo greeted me with a smile and gave me the exact amount of time it would take to service my Equinox. She was right! I was in and out in no time!

When I got to the dealership, my service advisor met me at my car. (I was even early) She was throughal with her inspection and everything she does before she let's the car go to the shop. The wait for my car wasn't that long. She had me sign papers and I was gone. I am very happy with the experience.

Customer service personnel was cordial, professional, and helpful. She explained everything to me and the cost. I was pleased with the experience-much better than previous visits.
