I had a 7am appointment for an oil change service. I arrived about 10 mins ahead of schedule. I was greeted outside the service center area by Wendy Morrison. She went inside and got her iPad and began to check us in ahead of time. She was polite, professional and courteous. She explained the process to me since this was my first visit to Ron Craft. She kindly and patiently answered all my questions. Your crew had me finished and out in a little under an hour. Wendy helped me out through the check out process as well. 10 out of 10 on service.
